I used the app first on my iPhone and set up some catch-ups. Furthermore, I have deposited a few contact notes there. The catch-ups as well as the notes are displayed correctly in the app on the iPhone.

Even after multiple syncs, the catch-ups on the iPad are not displayed in the app. So I restarted the app on iPad.

In the Notes view within Persodex on the iPad, I now see the notes taken on the iPhone before. However, some apparently have no assignment to a contact, but "unknown contact". One note is displayed twice. Once with reference to the correct contact and once with the label "unknown contact".
